Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to start a project?
One to two weeks after you approve the proposal.
How do you price a project?
Per project, at a fixed price. If the system runs in the cloud, a monthly maintenance fee covers hosting, support and minor adjustments. If it’s installed on your servers, you pay for the development once; if you want, we add a maintenance plan, and new changes are quoted separately.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the documentation and the repository are in the client’s name.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any technical conversation if you need one.
What happens after delivery?
We stay in charge of the system under a maintenance agreement: fixes, security updates and minor adjustments. New features are quoted separately.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We review the code and tell you what’s worth keeping, what to fix and what to rewrite.
